I haven't started studying for the SAT and it's my junior year(Just began last week). I don't know how I'm going to study for SAT. I got a 1400 on the PSAT last year. I went to the bookstore last year and got the big blue official SAT study book.

The problem is, I don't know how to use the book. My dad is going to pay for 2 SAT Prep courses. My gpa is pretty low(3.343 weighted), but the reason I want a 2000+ score on the SAT is because I want a scholarship.

My dad said it's possible for me to get one if I get it that high. Will it be possible for me to get 2000+ considering my PSAT score was 1400?

  1. I'm sorry, but it's very, VERY improbable that your score will raise that much. I'm not saying it's impossible, but I just don't want you to be disappointed. Try aiming for around 1600-1700 instead.

  2. Your going to have to do a Lot of studying and really take the prep classes seriously. 600 points is A LOT to gain, but you can do it if you set your mind to it.  good luck!
