So my best friend got pregnant and she still....?

my best friend got pregnant. but that's not the problem. she didn't know she was pregnant for a few months [don't ask, and no stupid comments]. anyway, so obviously she kept smoking. well, once she found out, she cut down a bit, but she still does it. i know she's going to do whatever she wants, but the thing is, i can get ciggerates easily, and she can't. and i used to be the one who got them for her. well, i dissaprove of her smoking while pregnant, but she refuses to quit. when she asks me for ciggerates and i don't want to give them to her because of the baby, she gets mad at me..

advice?

i don't want her to be mad at me, and but if something happens to her baby, i'm going to feel completely responsible and really guilty.

who cares if she is mad at you.. she'll get over it.  you buying her cigarettes is just as bad as blowing smoke a baby's face.

part of being an adult is sticking up for what you believe in.

Be a GOOD friend and dont contribute to her smoking addiction, and help her have a healthy child.

If i were you, i wouldn't buy those things for her and she wouldn't be smoking if she really cared for her child.

Ask her what would make her more mad... no smokes for a couple of months or a retarded underweight baby with health problems for the rest of her life.

Many women have smoked and have had healthy babies. Many non smokers have had unhealthy babies. So smoking has nothing to do with it.

It's not your problem though. If she wants to, then let her.

One question though.

Why can't she get her own? Is she underage? If she is, then you have a bigger problem if you've been getting the cigarettes. It's illegal to buy cigarettes for anyone who is underage.
