But I read the lyrics. The song is beautiful but kind of sounds like a breakup song to me.

What do you think?

  1. Do you really want a Ricky Martin song played at your wedding?...

  2. Dear Love.  Just say to your fiance, "Sweetie, that is a beautiful song, and I am so happy you are thinking of songs for our wedding.  And, I would prefer not to use it because some of the lyrics don't bode well with me.  So, let's put that song on our "B List" in case we cannot find enough songs we both agree on.  And, if there are any songs I suggest that you would like to put on the "B List", why honey, just tell me so."  And, don't forget to tell your sweetheart that you love him.

  3. whos that by?

ok i think that would be beautiful as a wedding song. if u just want to use the last chorus would really be perfect. i could see how it could go as a wedding song. but i do like what sunny said make a b list. congrats and good luck!!!!

  4. It sounds like a break-up song, until maybe the last couple of lines. But really depressing over-all. So whether it's a break-up song or not, I wouldn't use it.

In the video, it seems like the guy (Ricky Martin) died or something. And the girl is crying.

I had to nix several songs myself for my wedding things as they came across as break-up or depressing songs. You can find something better. Just tell your husband-to-be that you don't want to use it, and if there's any songs that he doesn't like of yours, you may have to drop one of those. :)

    Congratulations!
