So my mom wants me to go to High school...?

online. I have gotten sexually assaulted and just cant go to a normal school now. Does anyone know of a good one that is free and NOT for people who have fallen behind or need a GED?

Well you can always try Flroida Virtual School it for everyone, im actually doing that rite now in 10th grade, doing 3 different classes. try it.

No, I don't know of such a place.

However, I may still be able to help.  If you live in the "right" state (one with very lenient homeschooling laws, such as my state of Arkansas) you could simply be a homeschooled student -- which, in practice, means you'd stay at home, google things (or otherwise find them on-line), and become an autodidact (self-educated person).

Not all states' laws will permit this.  A phone call to an attorney might be in order.

If you happen to live in Arkansas, e-mail me and I can give you more specific information.  That's where I live, and I am a teacher (as well as the teacher of a homeschooled student), so I know the law on these things pretty well.

You should talk to a guidance counsler at your local high school, even if you don't go there, they should be able to steer you in the right direction. Good Luck and keep your chin up!!

Also, maybe you should see a therapist. Pyschologists have a wonderful way of helping you heal.

I think there is one called Jefferson High School. Your mind could just become registered to home school you too. Unfortunately that won't solve the problem. There are sick freaks every where. Here where I live last year 3 boys broke in to a young girls home and assaulted her. You are never completely safe.
