So my pc got a tun of trojans and keyloggers

and i need to clean it for free? is there any way i can do that, i have avast! antivirus and its still telling me that i have virusus and infections, plz i need help fast

try to do a system restore to change it back to the state it was before it got the viruses

go to start>help and support>undo changes with system restore
