  1. No they will not call your father about your visa rejection.

You are an adult and are entitled to apply for a visa of your own free will, if the application was accepted or rejected it is of no concern to father.

  2. I don't understand why you say "no, I'm not in the US now" when that makes no difference whatsoever where you are. The visa application is YOUR application, they would be violating privacy agreements if they called your father and told him anything about being rejected. Where you live makes NO difference.

And next time you apply for a student visa, read the requirements. Of course you are going to need the I-20 to get the student visa!

  3. They won't call. They don't care, sorry to say. The embassy usually has more of a caseload than they can handle and its not their problem if you forgot a form. It usually depends on what mood they are in. I think you met an agent who was in a bad mood, sorry. But you can always try for something better and its not the end of the world. Maybe this will lead you to something even better.

Let me tell you, my husband was studying he got his MA and MSc anyhow, while he was studying (he is Pakistani and in Pakistan at that time). So he went to the German center and learned to read and write in German because he wanted to study and live in Germany. He worked hard and went for the interviews. He was a outstanding student but when he was at the last interview to get his visa issued, he was denied. Apparently because his father did not make enough money in their family business. The exchange rates and cost of living is dramatically different from Germany compared to Pakistan that is a thrid world country. Even though his father was actually earning good it wasn't enough. My husband thought it was the end of the world. But after some years, he married me, an American girl and now we are happy and live in the USA. In a few months he is scheduled for naturalization citizenship interview. He never thought he would be here! Keep your head towards positive things and you will do well, cheer up!
