software, and it says " Cleaned Failed", so I guess I still have the virus. How do I go about getting rid of the virus. I have had this message for a while now, but I have been ignoring it. I finally want to get rid of this message. It comes up anytime I switch on my computer.

  1. First, does your AV product give you an option to "delete" instead of "clean"  If so, try that.

You can also try doing an online scan at http://www.eset.com/onlinescan to see if that can get rid of the problem.

I'd also suggest running Spybot Search and destroy from http://www.safer-networking.org and/or Malware Bytes Anti-Malware from http://malwarebytes.org

(All of the above are free options.)

  2. Get one of these anti-virus listed below. All these anti-virus work very well, they are the leaders in the current market.

    Kaspersky anti-virus:

    MacroVirus anti-virus:

    The Shield Deluxe anti-virus:

    BitDefender anti-virus:

  3. You should receive professional Malware removal support from a site like http://geekpolice.net/

I recommended it because they provide real fast support and a cure is guaranteed.

  4. Simple......Reach to file in which d virus has been detected and delete dat particular file or folder manually..........

If u dont know d file........then there is an option in the antivirus program which will give u the detail of the virus and the infected file......
