this kid has to have his life turned upside down by being sent to prison for 4 months. where he will likely be beaten, if not murdered by angry blacks. this is ridiculous. how did hanging a piece of rope off his truck hinder any of those protesters from traveling anywhere? this is a mockery of justice. it's bad enough that the people he was "intimidating" were down there protesting a fair ruling on the crime of beating a white kid.

how about we all just suck it up a bit and not be so scared or intimidated by a little rope or name calling. I feel like suing every black person i see because i feel intimidated about walking through Harlem past 10pm. that is infringing on my rights of free passage & travel.

Where are you ACLU? let my lawsuit begin!

  1. Well i don't believe what the kid did was right because he threatend them. It's like taking a gun and pointing it at someone and saying i'm not going to shoot you. But, i do agree about what you said about Harlem.

    P.S.- I'm not racist.

  2. he should have thought of that before he done what he done

  3. If you think that his behaviour was a legitimate use of free expression then you clearly have no concept of what constitutes racism!

Since the young man in question entered a guilty plea it would appear that he understood the implications of his actions.
