On Espn i heard a rumor that they will offer a free downloadable part of madden 09 that puts farve on the jets and stuff. Also i think they will allow you to print out a farve in jets uniform on madden.com and let you tape it or glue it to your madden cover.

its too late to change it, they just go with it. and im sure that there will be roster updates as soon as the game comes out so that all the recent moves will be corrected..................

I thought of that too.  My guess is a "special edition" of madden that comes out at the start of the regular season (or after they sell all the copies they've already printed).  It'll probably cost like $10 more and say it has some bogus bonus feature.

He will still be on the cover as a Packer, but madden will have a downloadable cover of him as a Jet on their website.
