oh my gosh  lots of things to do...hummmmm I am getting old will be 60 in Dec. who me that old  Noooooooooooooooo lol lol I tell everyone that i am in my late 40's lol  I do look that young ...thank goodness!!! Well I read, paint pictures , take pictures lol And write poems  Some day would like to write a book!! How old are you????  Well hope you fine fun things to do . I do not think of age  because  i  am young at heart. i knit and sew and paint and crotchet , just finishing off a baby christening shawl  color cream with frilled hem  . and i will

be giving it in to a charity shop , unless i meet some young woman  who will be having a baby  and find she  is looking for a shawl then its hers.   i am happy when i am giving to others  who are pleased with my work   ... happy  days...

these are the things which give me enjoyment:

sitting on my table

holding a book on my hand or writing my poetry

near my fish in its aquarium

and my plant hibiscus

You will get old if you just sit around.

Give back to your community. You live there because you obviously like something about it so now is your time to be part of it.

Volunteer at one or more organisations that you have an interest in. You'll meet interesting people because they'll be interested in similar things to you.

Don't limit yourself to organisations dedicated to "older" people.  Get out there and mix.

You obviously have some skills you could share, and you need to keep using them, and also be ready to learn new ones.

Life is what you make it. Have a ball.
