It's a Star of David on my upper back/lower neck, with my name, and my husbands name written in Hebrew under it.

I have one, and not through choice.  It's my blood group, under my arm.  Reason being in the event of requiring a blood transfusion.  Luckily, it was never required.  I did consider getting a Rangers one when I was younger, but backed out at the last minute.
