So than what dose rescheduled delivery mean?and where dose it say when i am going to get my stuff?

If this is from the Post Office, Ups, or some other carrier, it probably means that they tried to deliver your packages but were not able to do so.

They left the note to let you know that and probably to call them to reschedule the delivery to a time when you will be available to receive it.

You will no doubt have to contact them in order to get your packages, but do it right away because after a certain amount of time, they will send the packages back to the sender.

I take it you are referring to something you ordered which is late....It just means that you will have to wait until it gets there and if no delivery date was given it could be weeks...What did you order?...A dictionary would have been a good idea and you may then have spelled "Does" correctly...Im kidding.  Good luck friend.
