So the Injury excuse only applies or works on Manchester United?

It's funny cause when the same thing happened to Milan last season (had 9 of their players injured) People said don't bring up excuses your team just doesn't have depth.

Get over it, you drew with Newcastle and that's the reality.

  1. keep talking mate, keep talking. nyehehehehe.

  2. Man Utd draws their first game and the drama queens are out in full force... Big deal we drew, no maybe everyone would shut up if other people stopped making a fuss about it likes its the end of the world...

  3. Lol dude I know. I don't have an excuse I swear. I admit that we drew big deal! But all the guys hear are crazy I mean they can tell how the league is going to end from the first match LAST SEASON  WE DREW THE FIRST 2 GAMES LOST THE 3RD AND IN THE END WON THE LEAGUE! Man U haters are pathetic. I support Milan from the Serie A :'( Pato was great last season wasn't he? Hope Milan wins this year!

  4. Man U is still as strong as they were last season unfortunately Rooney is useless (comparing to Martin who proved why he's a striker) while New Castle have strengthened their squad with both Collocini and Jonas proving a point.

  6. OH YES!!! And it was the same when Man Utd humiliated Arsenal in the FA Cup when Arsenal went into the match 13 (read THIRTEEN) key injuries and they have lamented that win all season despite going out in the next round to Portsmouth. These injuries were also during the time when Arsenal started to slip a bunch of points and eventually lose the lead they had at the top of the people.

Yet, the Arsenal fans are told no excuses, everybody had injuries and other teams had just as much bad luck as Arsenal did.

  7. Wow great depth in understanding from you. Why don't you concentrate on your shite league?

  8. Fair argument.I can't really debate what you said.

But you should understand that we weren't just limited by injuries. There was also Nani's ban(for which he himself is to blame),Tevez's family emergency and the Olympics(where Anderson is right now).Whether you agree or not, these players are an extremely important part of United's attacking play and Ronaldo's absence made their absence even more obvious.

  9. they are poor losers that's why...

  10. i didnt hear alex ferguson making any excuses,i thought he was quite good about it in the sky interview

  11. I see your point. We gave the league to Manchester United last season because by february, we had 8 first team players out injured but yet everyone kept moaning about our 'lack of depth' and usual anti-Arsenal c**p and kept praising the 'big and talented' Manchster United squad. But now, we won Yesterday despite having 6 players out, and they can't do stuff all without Ronaldo.

Manchester United have less depth in their squad than Arsenal because their reserves are all average players wheras ours are actually good

  12. *Stars*

    You clever person (:

  13. It has been this since the premier league started.

  14. yes how come it only works with man utd??

  15. Odd that Arsenal Manages and they don't...

  16. But the year before that Sasan, when United had a hideous season injury wise, Milan fans were the ones saying..no excuses. !! That's why the favour was returned..lol.

No excuses anyway. The midfield was poor and that leaves room for improvement. Newcastle did very well and deserved their point. You guys just hang for United to slip up so you can have a dig..lmao :))

  17. *STANDING OVATION!!!*

    factual and informative

you my friend have a star.

the United fans just need to relax.

  18. yep

they also said that about arsenal

but we still won our first match yesterday and we were lacking more of our players too

  19. Who's making excuses lad? Newcastle played a blinder today and fully deserved the draw. Jonas Gutierrez was exceptional and Shay Given was back to his best. We played poorly and credit to Newcastle, who took advantage.

It's not an excuse but any team would suffer without 3 keys players like Ronaldo, Tevez, and Carrick

  20. i agree with both you and stefy! gud for u both for speaking the truth!

  21. I do agree that when italy or AC Milan are mentioned no excuses nor arguments are accepted and I find that extremely annoying. If Italy was to be denied two valid goals or pens it would be "tough luck" and "the refs can make mistakes" or "this is football" or "what matters is the result". If the opponent was to have that then surely "we have bought the ref" or "are lucky", etc, etc

    Double standards.

Example: had Milan lost yesterday or when we did in other pre-season games without Kakà, Boriello, Nesta, Kaladze and Inzaghi (all injured) or Pato and Dinho (Olympics) then we cud never use that as an excuse but have been called old and boring and a finished era and "will we ever go back to winning", etc, etc
