So the Mets lose again to a bad team?

Question

Do you think the Mets can get anywhere of they keep losing to these bad teams? Especially since they keep playing the Nationals in the weeks to come.

also... who can not bear to see Aaron blow it again?

The Mets are filled with very talented players but they don't know how to win.  Too much finger pointing going on.  Dumping Willie Randolph was not the answer.  They replaced him with a loser and the team is reflecting that as the season is quickly getting away from them.

They're only 2.5 games out of first. They'll be on the road but only against Washington and Pittsburgh (both sub-500 teams). So they should win at least 4 of the 6. The Mets are still 5-4 against the Nats, which isn't great, but it's not like the Nats have the Mets number or anything. Plus, I wouldn't be surprised to see a collapse in the wild card race. I don't think Milwaukee can keep it up for the rest of the season and St. Louis hasn't looked strong since their WS appearance.

And Heilman is garbage. There's four other pitchers with 10+ holds with a better ERA on that team. Get rid of him.

asa mets fan i think they can really make it to the playoffs but u do not know how much i hate their bullpen. it would have been a good idea to trade heilman and schoenweis and feliciano for ME!!!! I REALLY THINK I COULD PITCH BETTER THAN THEM OMG IF IT WAS UP TO ME I WOULD JUST HANG AL THREE OF THEM

Obviously they can't get anywhere. If they lose to the bad teams then its near impossible to win to the great teams.  From what I hear and see, your whole bullpen kind of stinks.

They are just going through a slump right now & i think they will be back in due time.
