well i printed off the new format that will be in use September 1 and well it didnt say how many lightning vortex, you can use, so can some one please tell me?

The list for september 2008 has not been released yet. All list usually seen is just people's opinions and hopes. The list won't be released to one week before. As of right now, you can have 3.
