So this Persied Meteor Shower.....?

Was it last night? Is it visible tonight?

It was visible best from California (and other parts of the west coast) early this morning.  In New York City, the peak was around 7 a.m. but it was already daylight, so you couldn't see it.  The Perseids actually last for a long time ranging from July to August, but it reached its peak this morning.  You can still see some tonight if it's clear, just not as many as this morning/ last night.

It is visible (assuming you have clear skies) from early August (5th or so) till August 17th, roughly.
