  1. Yes, your questions are redundant. Nobody here can give you a straight answer, only the housing authority can.

You ask the same question in different ways hoping to get a different answer.

You and your daughters lived in a housing authority rental.

Community service was required per the lease or housing authority but was not performed. This was a breach of the lease by a family member - one of your daughters, correct?

You moved out before the eviction, but your daughters remained. In the end you were all evicted because you cannot legally leave occupants in the rental and dump your liability. You are liable as either the adult or as a joint tenant.

You owe the housing authority money. You do not have the money to pay them.

It sounds like the only way to get the housing authority off your back is to pay up.

You want to rent from them again, but breached the lease, you owe them money and were evicted.

The only way to find out how to satisfy the housing authority is to ask them!

They may refuse to rent to you even if you pay them what is owed, due to the breach of lease and eviction.

What more can any of us do for you? You need to deal directly with the housing authority. If they refuse to deal with you, that is probably a sign that they will no longer provide you any services.

  2. You must have had another question somewhere that I haven't found to read.

What are they demanding of you?  Money?  Are you behind on some kind of payment?  Please put your two questions together so that all the info is in one place, and I'm certain we can give you some very honest, real answers.

  3. Everywhere I know of you no longer qualify for assistance as soon as you are evicted.   The fact that you left your children there does not matter, you are the lease.   They are either minors or not authorized to live there in the first place, the HA is not supporting your adult children.

I suggest you come up with the money.   The government tends to be pretty aggressive in reclaiming the public funds.    Sell some of your assets, get a loan, have the kids get jobs, what ever it takes.

There are no programs that are going to give you money to refund funds from a different program that you already abused.

  4. Your question is not redundant to me. I'm seeing it for the first time. I'll search for your 1st one. /
