I wanna do a morning jog. What's the best routine?

  1. 0= Eat a snack/Grab a snack to eat while running.Get a bottle of water to bring.

    1= 10 minutes warm up.

    2= Run for as long as you feel you need. If you feel any pains or your having trouble then stop.

    3= Do some warm ups again for as long as you think is necessary.

    4= Run again, this time heading back home or to where ever you want to go.  

    5= Rest


  2. run about 2 miles.

    then do 3-5 minutes of abs (crunches,airplanes,scissors,side planes, cherry pickers, many more)

  3. dude, if you jog before eating in the morning you will burn off the muscles. the body tried to get some calories form somewhere and since u were asleep for 8 or 9 hours, there are no foods or fatty acids for your body to start burning so, it just directly goes to burning muscle. so do it like 3 or 4 hours after eating some meat

  4. first answer is pretty good. just try increasing distance every week. may want to start with just 1 mile or even half a mile.
