when a guy gets ready to leave his wife he finds out she is still married to someone else so does thier marriage still in effect or annaled?

Wow, a one-sentence question with four major spelling errors and grammar errors.  Of course, you didn’t ask for a ‘correction’ of your post, but speaking as a writer, it breaks my heart to see people butcher the English language like this.  There’s this wonderful thing on here called 'spell-check'  (in the olden days we didn’t have that luxury)—use it!

To answer your question---In the US, the marriage is not automatically annulled, but it certainly can be (assuming he can provide proof), because it wasn’t legal to begin with.  He needs to get it legally resolved.
