So what are grocery strikes all about?

and what are they for? like the reasons why employees participate in them?

   we threaten strike because we have to stand up for our rights and to keep up with life in general as far as wages and health care are concerned. If we don't than companies will take away what we have worked for along with not giving us anything more.

  NO one wants to strike but with out the thought of it we would be pushed out so that is why we must at least think of doing it.

  I have friends who work nonunion and their company takes whatever they want away and they have no say so at all, have to just accept it.
