One user made some remarks about NASCAR being racist but surely that's not all. I mean with NASCAR it goes deeper that that. Right?

according to the stats that Tregostopolopolis showed...i dont think those are grounds for termination.....i think they were a little pre-mature in firing him...shoulda at least gave him 1 more year.

LOOK AT DALE JR......he sucked, that is until he got behind a HENDRICK car.  whats JJ Yeley behind..."Hall of Fame Racing"??!!

Only 36th in the standings as of Pocono.

Only one top 5 and 1 top 10 this season.  Average finish only 30.7.

Very mediocre season.  No wonder he was fired.

95 starts with only 2 top 5s and NO wins in the cup series, THAT'S why he got fired. He WAS driving for one of the best teams (JGR) in NASCAR and STILL couldn't get it down. HOF Racing is no powerhouse but Tony Raines kept that car solidly in the top 35. JJ can't even close the deal in a Busch/Nationwide race, IN 117 ATTEMPTS HE IS WINNLESS?!?!

It is sickening how these teams just kick a driver out in mid season

just because Yeley has been given a sucky car! JJ Yeley is a good driver. He has potential.

I just don't understand why they couldn't wait til the end of the season

to release him. They broke their own contract. They got Yeley's hopes

up.

Just imagine your self as a race car driver , signing a contract thinking

you are going to race a whole season, then to have it yanked out of

your hands by money hungry idiot team leaders! It is sickening!
