So what can you not do in a dream??

I cant go down the stairs. I automatically wake up. And I can't talk on the phone.

You remind me of when I used to sleepwalk when I was younger.  My siblings used to tell me I used to walk upstairs and back down while sleeping, and then go straight back to bed without waking up.  Crazy.  Haven't done anything wild like go outside..I've heard crazy stories of people going shopping while sleeping and stuff.  I do frequently talk and carry on conversations in my sleep..I've even studied and reviewed formulas and stuff! ha.  I often don't hear myself but usually if I do I wake up

I can't dream. My body is unable to go through the REM cycle.
