Ok so I ordered a cd off of tower.com and after I filled out the payment thing and my address and stuff the order status says payment failed. So um does this mean if I try to buy it again will it double my order and charge me twice? I tried emailing the place twice and have yet to recieve an answer when they said a representative will answer me shortly..that was earlier this morning. So what should I do any suggestions?

You tell them straightforward, you want to buy a cd, and you're not paying for it twice, so tell them to make it work!

Try to order again. If it say's order failed, then you won't be paying twice.

Be firm and explain you will not be billed twice, do it very nicely.
