So what do you think it means?

I don't really believe in this sort of thing I just thought it'd be interesting to see what y'all thought. So I've had this dream a few times and it always freaks me out.

It's set in the fall, on a bright midday mourning. I'm at the cemetery my Grandfather is buried at. After I leave some flowers I start back to my car. When I notice this elderly lady, who looks very ragged her clothes are layered and very dirty. She's passing through the rows of headstones. I think she's lost so being the kind kid I am (jk) I go over to ask her if I can help. I stand behind her and ask if there's anything I can do, she doesn't turn so I ask again. Finally, her head straightens and she turns slowly to me. Then I realize she has no face. It's not like there is skin there that just is blank. There's nothing there at all. It's just black and empty. She then holds out her hands to me like she's begging for help. But I can't do anything, so I just stand there as she advances on me. Then I either run or wake up.

So pretty freaky I think. You might find it odd or even funny, but I think it's really weird. So, what do you think about it?

It sounds  like a spirit looking for a vessel (person) to enter into. See it has no identity yet.

Get right with the Lord honey. He will keep you safe from things like this.

The old lady might symbolically be representing your grandfather, or the atmosphere of the cemetery.  You probably miss your grandfather so much that you want to help him, but you have trouble accepting the fact that he is gone.  The elderly lady, at first, doesn't want you to talk to her.  But because you want to help so much she shows her true self.

So maybe your grandfather would want you to have moved on with life and stopped visiting him?  Or perhaps you know that he'd really have wanted you to stop going to his cemetery, but you yourself can't stop going.

I'm not sure, so don't take my word for it 100%.
