i had a dream that i was walking with my family through the marshes, it was sunny, and there was this guy there who i recognised from my dream as he had popped up earlier though i can't clearly remember where. anyways, he says something, and i stop to chat to him and i cant stop smiling. he takes my hand and we walk together, my family way ahead of me. they had stopped for a bit while i was talking to him but then went ahead. then we come to a train, and we go inside. its dark in there but he's still holding my hand, he go through all sorts of hidden passages and when we finally get out, outside is sunny and he's smiling at me. the train seems to have turned into a ship while we were inside.

i feel strangely calm.

i found this on a dream interpretation thingy about darkness;

so what the h**l can this mean? because i didn't feel afraid ONCE in my dream...

maybe it means something about trust...like trusting someone to stay beside you in bad times, or trusting someone to help you through something...since you weren't afraid it's probably something good.

I would say the imagery reflects rebirthing or accepting a part of the self, of human experience, of possibly it could relate to an actual person, though the last isn't necessarily likely.

Darkness can represent denial, confusion, pain - but none of the comes forward in your dream description.  Darkness can also denote fertility, fermentation, maturation, healing, assimilating - integration into the self.

Just don't assume that a person in a dream indicates a real human being in your life.  It isn't necessarily so.

I think that there is someone that you really relate to in rel live (maybe a boyfriend or.. I don`t know) and that person likes you back, after the train part, at the darkness this might mean that he is able to guide you through it and make you feel good at times of sorrow, so much that you stop feeling it.

well apparently dreams are things that brain brigns up about things that worry us in life... and all this darkness thing.. well i dont know about that... so may be you just stressed in life, and you just need a break?
