So what happens after the massive effects of global warming (assuming it isnt stopped now)?

Do people just go on living with less population to slow them down? Will the extinctive effects of global warming, in the long run; help the advancement of the human race? (in terms of 300/400 years from now)

we will contine to suffer in global warming until we are all dead.the temperature will go down below 20 degree celcius at places where the normal weather is like 40 degree like in india.Temperature in all the countries will go down a lot.The water will come to our kness because of more and more flooding like it is already happening in china.The ozone layer is vanishing which will let the defected sun light to reach our eyes and we can become blind.All the animals will definitely die before us like hens,pigs and cows (mostly domestic animals) meaning we dont have a lot of non vegetarian food to eat .6 billion ppl will die because of the laziness of all of us.Ok we did make earth a lot better but at end these good factors changed into very bad ones which will kill the earth and us.

            WE HUMANS ARE THE MOST STUPID SPECIES                     LEFT ON EARTH!!!(not for long )!!

GW is a myth. We as human beings have only been measuring weather and temp for about a hundred years (minuscule time in earths historical standards). Our tech is still of the mark most of the time. Does anyone think we really have an accurate measure of what is really going on? And don't get me started about how higher temps actually lead to ice ages. Sheesh!

We continue to thrive and prosper. Higher temps and higher CO2 levels promote more vegetation. More vegetation increases food production. My guess is within 50 years, we all have a good laugh at the AGW proponents expense.

That's just up to God, he  has a plan, humans really can't control anything, if the world ends because of Global warming it will be because God wanted it to.

global warming has already happened and is in the process of continuing to happen, and if all ELSE fails, IT will kill us. I give it 4 years max...the extinction of mankind that is. global warming could take hundreds of years of miserable deterioration to actually wipe "us" off the map. but I believe that we will guarantee or own demise far before then. :)

Depending on your age. If youre less than 25 you'll be lucky to see retirement at 65.   Unless America gets seroious about solving it.

Well, in the past periods of warming life on Earth thrived.

I expect the same next time but sad to say there is a decrease in sun spot activity so I don't think it will happen in our lifetime.
