Miley is part of the spec army, news has it that her father is investing in oil. people been mad lately, especially miley, high gas has ruin some of her hot record sales. so to get revenge she posed s**y, hoping to make all the specs drop the weapons(cash) and buy her cd. it did not work well. Nick J was mad at her for her mess so he charged it up higher along with daddy.  that was the purpose of surge friday, Nick and miley's dad mad over her photos.
