Rajib.  You may enter the UK as a tourist if you can demonstrate you have sufficient funds to support yourself for your intended stay, and you have a return ticket to your destination.  You may enter as a student, if you have been accepted by a UK university or college and, again, can demonstrate sufficient funds to support yourself for the stay.  You can apply to the UK High Commision in Bangladesh for a work visa, but unless you have close relatives already in the UK, or you have specialised skills which are in short supply in the UK, you will not be successful.
