So whats a really good area to live in Perth but reasonable prices and still able to travel into the city ?

I would really want to move somewhere with beautiful walks for my wee Jack Russells. I currently live in Adelaide Hills SA which is so beautiful I am just not sure if it can be beaten ......although I have heard it said that Adelaide is very like Perth???? Help please give me some ideas guys what shall I do???

Booragoon is a good area thats not too pricey.

With a 15 minute bus ride into the city

kalamunda or somewhere in the hills like lesmurdie...it's a half hour drive to the city but kalmunda or lesmurdie have things like the massive midland gate shopping center near them (15 minutes) so there really isn't a need to go all the way 2 the city

The problem is in your question. You can't generally find a GOOD area at REASONABLE prices. There are some similarities between the Adelaide Hills and the Darling Scarp, but you won't find hills property cheap. Start off around $400k and up over a million.
