they are a bunch of rejects that hang out together to make them selves feel better and get all messed up so the can forget what losers they are in society

A good portion of my friends consider themselves juggalos. VERY humorous. It's a bunch of so-called "out-casts" that tried to form some sort of "posse" (group) to make it seem like they had a made a new trend. Music they listen to is a mix between rap and alternative-rock. Though, most of them claim that rap is c**p. Apparently not.
