So when do I start getting XM stations?

I have Sirius Satellite Radio, the best radio, which I guess means I have Sirius XM Radio. But when do I get the XM channels? I can't wait for this.

    At that time, you can choose to opt-in for 10 or 11 of "the best of XM channels" (ones that are preselected) for an extra $4 per month.
