  1. practice of endogamous marriage (race)

  2. Curly hair is a recessive trait. Straight hair is dominant. The reason why it is common to black is mainly the practice of endogamous marriage  (within race). This causes the recessive trait to be continually passed down. Most likely is that black people have only the recessive gene rwhich is why many are curly haired.

  3. Well, ya, it is obviously a genetic thing.  The question is more why it was favored in the past, and thus became predominant.  I think it is because black people come from really hot climates for the most part, and curly hair allows sweat to evaporate easier than straight hair.  More open space, the air can pass through easier.

  4. it is genetics.you get all the traits from heredity.
