There can't be any coincidence that both phone companies start out with the letter V so which one is better?

Verizon Or Vonage? (i.e. which costs more would you say)

verizon is i think the cheapest . a basic line  is less than $ 10 and goes up from there . and vonage is from $ 15.00 and up but you have to have a broadband connection . and most of the broadband connections are $30.00 and up .

and vonage is 15$ a month but u only get 500 minutes of local and long distance calling anywhere in the US, Canada and Puerto Rico. Only 3.9¢ per minute after the first 500 monthly minutes.
