We have free medical here in the U.S. through the County Clinics and Hospitals. But have fun in Canada. It is a beautiful country.

We have free medical care in Canada for permanent residents and for Canadian citizens, which we all pay for through our taxes.

You can get it free in Sweden if you'll just be a part-time cook or something...and be someone who pays VERY high taxes.

Don't expect to arrive at the Canadian border, say "here I am, which way to the free hospital?"  You ain't gonna get free medical bud.  You have to be a legal resident who has been in the country a minimum of 12 months to be eligible for health benefits.  Stay where you are, there's enough freeloaders here as it is.
