soccer starts really soon and i want to get better at making a stronger kick... and good work outs to just get more mussel to the area that will help he kick the ball harder and just become sronger

thank you soo much for any answers

oh and the thing is i have no work out machines or weights so they are out of the question. sorry if i made this question any harder :[

  1. do wat is called front and rear crab  it stretches and builds up your torso, legs and crotch area..........

    squar down for front crab and actually walk like a gorilla on all fours

    for back extend yourself back and walk like tha on all fours....

    when you feel it you know your doing right
