Soap nuts?

Have you used them ?i just bought some. Are they as great as they say?

Lots of reputable reviews online and a online pal told me they work and cured a lifelong allergy issue. I am about to try it and hope someone here can add more information. Try yours out and let me know how it goes. Thanks!

I am not sure which soap nut is intended.

There are two kinds available.

One which is used for laundering:

and the other as a shampoo.

The laundry nut is rarely used now. The other is commonly used, in India.
