Soccer Injury Question!!!?

ok, i have had this pain in my lower back side for around a month now, but it onyl hurts when i run or kick. when i am not playing or at home it doesn't hurt. and when i think its gone, as soon as i start running like 20 minutes into the game it hurts. is this just a pulled muscle or did i tear something. should i go to the chiropractor?

  1. I've had a lot of injuries playing soccer, and many of them chronic injuries like the one you are describing. I've gone for a lot of physio treatments. I find that helps temporarily, but if you continue that for a while you will most likely feel long term effects. Any sports medicine professional would be able to give you some stretches you could do to rehabilitate the area. As far as a chiropractor, I have heard different opinions. A normal doctor may be able to diagnose what sports medicine professional you should talk with though. Hope that helps.


  2. I would do so, because an injury like that that lasts for a month is not a pulled muscle.Trust me, you might have torn something or you put too much pressure on your back. Stay away from soccer or just do what your doctor tells you to do.

  3. believe me its not that serious its a pulled muscle but that mean you need be more exercised thats happen when you put too much preesure in the muscle
