Soccer Knee injury???

i was playing soccer the other day and just out of nowhere my left knee started to hurt in the lower portion below my knee cap... it hurts when i run and when i walk but i can still play just a cant kick with my left leg...does anyone know what the injury is...what i should do to help it...and i hurt it tuesday...(i hyperextended the same knee in october)

  1. that happens to me alot when i go running in the gym, if you're left footed then it will make it harder for you to play soccer. Id say ice it after a long workout period and wear some kind of portection for your knee before every game or practice

Yea that happened to me too, But um ice it alot, This injury is where you tear a ligament  in your knee, i suggest you take a game off and maybe sit on the side lines so it can heal, then get a knee brace so that when you play it holds every thing together so it wont be painful, Also if it doesnt get better you should go to the doctor because it could get serious if not treated.
