Soccer Registration: Coach never called back (professional help, please)?

My family and i were away at the airport when my coach called.

He left a message on the phone saying that we have a game tomorrow, and he is sorry for the short notice. The morning later, i was gone to work so i had no time to check my messages. When i did finally check my message, the time had gone for me to go ot the game. He never left his phone number and his number on my Phone came up as "unkown" What should i do? I haven't had a call back since. i payed for my registration for soccer ($145) and i think it is his responsibility to call me back if i wasn't home. I am pretty sure is missed 4 or 5 games by now. How can i get in reach with my coach?

I'm only 15 so i can't sue him or anything.

  1. You have the right to sue if the contract states that you should be informed of the schedule of the games.

  2. He called you. He showed up for the games.

    He fulfilled his contract.

    You didn't.

You didn't call him. (It doesn't matter why)

If what you want to do is find out when the next game is, so you can play, try this...

The organization that sponsored the Soccer league is probably in the phone book. Start calling.

When you get there (hopefully early) be ready to play. Humbly explain what happened. Do not accuse.

    Good luck.
