Soccer Season In About Two And A Halve Weeks How Can I Get In Top Shape

I know cardio... cardio.... and more cardio but like what kinda cardio and running drills would you recommend. I have been running 3 miles on my treadmill lately but im scarred that I would get such great cardio results.

    and also, don't forget to do sprints to keep up your speed and agility.

    Don't forget to play with the ball at the end of the day, your touch matters as much as your physical readiness!! so get fit in the morning, and practice footy later on.. everyday!

  2. If your house is two storys do stair climbs (run up and down stairs) good cardio and great for thighs and calfs.
