well... i'm starting high school this year (not just any high school w/ european level IB)

for the last two years i've played soccer and now i want to learn how to play guitar( i played piano for two years in elementary, so i don't remamber a thing)

WellI used to get all my energy out w / soccer i guess guitar will do the same

i don't know if i'll have time for everything... or...will i stick w/ both

Do you think i should go for it or not? Any sugestions?

Thanks in advance=D

  1. i play guitar it really good and really easy to catch onto, i have been playing for a year since i started high school and i can now play loads of songs, it really easy after a while.

  2. It's hard to do several things at once in high school, but I did football, baseball and guitar and managed to be successful in all three. just get lots of rest, guitar doesn't take as much energy as soccer because it's not as demending physically, so if you do that every day when you're not playing soccer you should be able to do both.

  3. Guitar you can learn at your own pace.  You can still remain active in soccer and learn the guitar.  However, keep in mind that if you play on the elite level, most of your time will be wrapped up in working out, personal and team training.

Guitar can be a nice relaxation after a hard practice or game.  I would do both.
