Soccer conditioning!!!!!?

i am gonna be on vacation. when i get back its like a weekend and school starts. i need to get in shape for soccer. i know its better if i have more time to do it but i dont. i will have time when i get back in school but how do i get in a better shape than i am now most effectively. key exercises? food choices? how long each day? ect.. ty

  1. to play soccer, you need to have endurance. try running a few miles a couple times a week, and even do some crunches and other ab exercises. strengthening your core helps you a lot overall. try to do some of these while your on vacation, too. if you can, do some drills with the ball and practice controlling it and dribbling. try to eat as healthy as you can and aviod junk foods. good luck!
