Okay, I'm kind of lost. I'm trying to choose which sport I need to do & I need to figure it out by tommorow. I honestly have no idea what to choose. I take Gymnastics & I'm pretty decent in it. Will that help me out in either of them? o.0 Any suggestions to which I should play? Thanks.

  1. volleyball! i love volleyball, its really fun, good excercise! And gymnastics will help in volleyball because of the flexability and strength you need(or would be good to have)!

    hope i helped you!!

  2. so, i guess everybody is choosing volleyball, but i think differently. gymnastics will totally improve your flexibility in soccer which you must have! you won't ever regret playing outdoors even though it can be blastering hot. soccer is becoming more and more popular especially in the US. its a world wide known sport to which language barriers don't exist.  Do soccer!!

  3. at my school volleyball and girls soccer are two different seasons so it's not a problem. check the seasons first. you can do both

  4. Volleyball

  5. i would go with volleyball:) i am a serious volleyball player, and it's pretty much my life :) but knowing that you're a gymnast, it would probably help a lot in volleyball because you'd probably be strong in your upper body, which you use often in volleyball...

but hun, choose wisely and choose whatever sport your heart belongs to:)

  6. i play both. it really depends on what kind of gymnastics you do. if you are good at manuvering your feet and are fast and strong in your lower body, soccer would be a good choice.  volleyball calls for all over strength, core, uperbody, and lowerbody. Each are specialized sports and are very different. i don't see why you have to chose. i'm playing both since volleyball is a fall sport and soccer is a winter sport. i hope you succeed in whichever sport you chose. I'm playing volleyball right now and liking it more that soccer, but that's just how i feel. Soccer is really fun too though!!

  7. i am a volleyball freak and totally think you should do volleyball but i would say where do you have the most friends?

  8. Gymnasts are usually very athletic and flexible so those skills would help in both sports.

I don't know much about soccer, but I play volleyball.

Your skills will help in Volleyball because you are probably very strong, and slim. This means you will be able to get to the ball fast and strong enough to hit the ball and serve.

Also, gymnasts are usually not afraid of the ground, because I know they fall off the beams and bars and what not, so you will be able to use that skill when you have to dive and dig for balls.

  9. hmmmmmmm Gosh i love both sports.

Well for soccer i would say is more of a physical sport than volleyball (obviously) and you run a lot more(if thats what you want to do)....but volleyball i think is a lot more fun. i go with VBALL!

    good luck.

  10. Volleyball!!!

i choose that over soccer cuz in vb ur arms and legs get stronger and ppl think its an easy sport but its actually tough but its really fun and gets pretty intense

    i would go with vb

  11. gurl do volleyball! you'll love it! im tellin g u!!!!!! :) ur skills from gymnastics will be used more ( but you wont realize it). from what i know, there's jumping in volleyball.....

  12. VOLLEYBALL!!!!!!!!!this is the most amazingest sport you can play!!! go for it!!! I play volleyball and i LOVE it!!! I really like it and think you would too. do vball

  13. VOLLEYBALL!!!!!! I love soccer and volleyball but i mean volleyball rox all of the sports socx lol! but anyway you def should pick volleyball it is a great sport i LOVE it.

  14. gurl if i as you i would chose volleyball. i love that sport. if you choose volleyball it help you workout ur arms and move your feet. you will need hand eye coordination and have alot of arm power. But soccer is fun to if you like to run because you will have to run up and down that field. where in volleyball all u have to do is rotate around the court. so yea good luck choosing.

  15. gymnastics will help you out in volleyball alot because you have to have alot of arm strength...i love volleyball...it is one of my favortie sports to play...i would play volleyball if it was me in your case...hope it goes well

  16. In gymnastics you learn to balance your body and be smart with your flips.  In volleyball, you learn to position yourself and play smart.  Choose volleyball, it'll compliment the work you've done in gymanstics.

  17. I PLAY VOLLEYBALL AND ITS SO FUN SO CHOOSE VOLLEYBALL  ITS REALLY GOOD BUT IF U WANNA RUN ALOT THEN SOCCER.BUT IF UR VERY FLEXIBLE THEN TRY VOLLEYBALL IT MAKES U GO FROM HERE TO THERE AND IT WOULD NOT HURT MUCH IF U DIVE FOR THE BALL,SO TRY THAT U WOULD BE REALLY GOOD AT IT TRUST ME ULL LIKE IT CUZ I DO.WELL HOPE I HELPED =D

  18. I had to chose the exact same thing last year and i chose volleyball and im so glad i did! Its so much more fun and u get to wear spandex! haha if u have any questions email me

  19. It's a personal opinion, but I love volleyball.  Gymnastics also fits perfectly to develop volleyball.  Lower body BALANCE, core strength, shoulder strength, and agility are key.  No matter what your gymnastics event is, it will surly benefit your volleyball in a big way.

Trust us, go with volleyball.  You will thank yourself and us later.

  20. no offense to any soccer players out ther soccer sucks and i am a big fan of volleyball so...... duh.....volleyball!!!!!!!!!

  21. volleyball is the best!

there's nothing like slamming a ball down on the other teams court. except try not to break anyones nose, i've been there and done that, not a fun experience

  22. gymnastics will help with volleyball more but i think that soccer is more fun and is more physically active
