  1. FUTBOL, and i have asthma too!

  2. its better  to play volleyball, i have asthma too. I love to play soccer, basketball and volleyball. Volleyball sounds like a better idea cuz you are not the only one to hit the volleyball. IN soccer you run to get the ball and then kick it. Running will make you tired and may cause u to not be focus and athe soccer ball may hit you. In volleyball you run bt not hte whole court only half. In volleyball u hit the ball up and it is not that tiring as soccer.

  3. Volleyball & Soccer are my favorite two sports. I really don't have a very good recommendation. I would probably go with Volleyball because it's not as much long distance running..but on level of fun, they are equal.

  4. volleyball...

    soccer involves constince running

volleyball u get your exersice in other ways!!! it could still be a little hard with asthma... but you should give it a try any ways

and plus even if u didn't have asthma you should still pick volleyball!!!

  5. DEFFINITELY VOLLEYBALL. i have asthma too and play volleyball and it doesnt bother me one bit. during games you really dont do to much running, although you do move alot. Volleyball is a game of skill so you can practice hard without your asthma bothering you. soccer is all running and will really take a toll on you. go with volleyball

  6. DEFINETLY VOLLEYBALL

    1. is because its real fun and not mcuh running

    2. everyone plays soccer so do something diff

    3.  it better for your asthma

    4. I LOVE VOLLEYBALL

  7. soccer is ALL running...but volleyball does consist of sprint like movements...id go wit volleyball...shorter running distances..

  8. volleyball. :)

  9. You can do both, soccer is in the winter and volleyball is in the fall. Soccer requires SO much more running though so since you have asthma I'd say go with volleyball. It requires a lot of explosiveness but still, I don't think it takes the breath out of you like soccer does.

  10. VOLLEYBALL

You  don't run nearly as much and it wont get you in an asthma attack.

  11. soccer is non stop running... i would never even consider it as an option.

i can get pretty out of breath in some of the intense volleyball games, but you have chances to catch your breath very often.

every time there is a point you get at least a few seconds to stand there and recover.

  12. Soccer involves much more running.

Volleyball sounds better. Smaller playing area, too.
