Soccer player in off-season, why does this happen when i run?

Okay, sometimes i can run like, five or six miles, and sometimes i struggle just to get ONE mile done. Why does this happen, and what can i do about it? cause its hard to schedule runs when i have to worry about if I'm gonna have a "good" day or a "bad" day.

  1. mby its because u dont give ur body timeto recope

    are u trying to run 5-6 miles a day?

    if so make it every other day or so


  2. it has to do do with what you eat/drink

  3. u just gotts pace urself bttr.  if u do this u can run 10 miles like me =]
