i have soccer tryouts in september like (1 week and a couple days) ive been conditioning a little this summer running a mile like 2-3 times a week or 2 miles like once or twice a week.... i play around with my siblings in the backyard a bit.. but I'm really nervous i wont make the team this year and i really really want it... i made the team last year as a 7th grader and I'm trying to make it as a 8th grader.. but there's around 40 girls trying out for the team and he can only take around 18-22 people... another problem is that the coach had around 20 of the girls that were on the team last year on his travel soccer team this year... which makes me even more nervous cuz they can take my place i need help on tips and drills and ways i can stand out in tryouts.. we have to work on shooting,1 on 1, 2 v 2, running a mile (timed), ball handling.... so that's all he told us but if theres anything i can do to prepare me for those things more so i can have a much much better chance of making the team please please help me... i mean i want it really really bad. so please help thanks in advance
