Soccer tryouts!!!!!!

On August 23rd we have a fitness test for soccer. We need to run four laps around a 120yd by 80yd field in under 6 minutes then 2 laps in uner 3 minutes and 1 lap in under 1.5 minutes. How should i prepare myself for this? Weight lift, running, diet,sleep? how should i do this?

  1. practice everyday, run everywhere, go swimming [this will help] do every lil thing that is possible.

    but to be honest, do not worry, because this is really simple.


  2. wow. thats like a mile in under 6 minutes. my suggestion is to go to the field and time it yourself. and go everyday until you can get the times you need

  3. Practice what you just told us and run hard do not jog!

  4. Just make sure you run everyday. After each day try to run more than the day before. To achive thing in life you need to push yourself more than what you already can do. And always be confident. Let the others know hows the best. ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE.

  5. jog like 5 miles a day becuase it's mostly running what you need to do for the test

  6. long distance running builds up stamina also doing exercises like on a track, sprint 200m 30 second break then sprint 200m 30sec break keep this going until you are too tired to carry on. this really builds up stamina!
