AnyONE HERE with SA? Am I the only one in the world who has it???

Absoulutely, I have SA very bad actually & have been tryin to overcome it. I dont like crowded places, like malls. I start to sweat when i have to talk to important people. I once literally got stuck in a dressing room, i felt so bad about the way i looked i stayed in there for like a half hr. I take a very low dose valium which does help.

But dont worry if you think you need 2 u should see a Doc who can help u will some of your fears. Take care sweetheart!

Are you kidding?!  Tons of people have it.  There are meds like Xanax if you want.  I take one once in a while.  But mostly I try to deal with it and get through it cuz I don't want to have to take meds.  You or others may have it more severe than me, I actually had the worst attack ever 1 year ago and I was alone.  I thought I was dying on my livingroom floor, for no reason.  It sucks.

You are absolutely not the only one.

I used to suffer from SA when I was a teenager. No one could understand why I couldnt do the things they could do, Why I couldnt talk to the clerk at the store, or dial the local pizza place for takeout. Luckily, as I grew older and got a job it got alot easier for me and now it doesnt even effect me.
