Which one do you think applies to the american society today when it comes to undocumented workers? and why?

[I need it for my research paper...I'm kind of blank right now]

  2. I'd go with Functionalist approach. Its the most obvious. You might be able to make a case for symbolic interactionism but it'd have to be creative. But, basically, undocumented workers are a part of our larger society and they fulfil certain functions. :) I don't see conflict theory playing a role.
