Social Services Jobs In Ontario (Toronto area??)?

I will be graduating college next summer, and I am considering a move north. Can anyone recommend any sites that list social services jobs? I have tried monster and career builder and came up with nothing. Also, how likely is it that they [potential employers] will be willing to hire a non-Canadian (American)?

Hello there, I am a Canadian living and working here in the USA.  First off I read your question and have to ask what you mean Social Services jobs.  Here in the USA we have Social Security, up in Canada it is different.  It all depends what kind of job you want to do as to where u should look.  You need to be more specific.  If you want a Federal Government job, that is where you will have to look.

"Social services"? Meaning what?

No Canadian company or government organization will hire non-Canadians for a job if there is a qualified Canadian to do the job. It isn't narrow-minded bigotry but a universal reality worldwide.
